We are the animal control facility located in Effingham IL. Our hope is to adopt as many pets as possible, but also to reunite as many lost animals with their owners.
Adoption Policy
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please call 217-347-5695, stop by our shelter at 701 E. Eiche Street, Effingham, IL., or email us at animalcontrol@co.effingham.il.us to request an adoption application.
DOGS:
$130 and that includes spay/neuter, microchip, and rabies shot
CATS:
$65 and that includes spay/neuter, microchip and rabies shot
