Mission Compassion Paw (MCP) is a nonprofit dog rescue and humanitarian organization, uses the international language of art to imprint compassion for animals into urban youth culture.
MCP provides safety, nourishment to the mind, body and soul, medical care and ultimately loving, forever homes to dogs in need. Every dog deserves to have their existence acknowledged, their personality shine and their heart breath. MCP teamwork brings life, light and love to the ones that everyone may not be able to hear or understand. The stance isn't speaking for them but speaking with them in ways they will be heard.Â

Adoption Policy
We are located in Chicago and serve the Chicagoland area. We focus on dogs at the highest risk - "pit bull type" dogs, senior dogs, dogs with special needs or dogs with medical or behavioral challenges to overcome
Animals can be viewed by appointment only. We ask that you review our adoption information AND fill out an adoption application prior to setting an appointment so we have all your information and you understand our adoption procedures - you can do so online here.

Our typical adoption fee varies based on the age of the dog at the time of rescue: Under the age of 1 years old is $600; 1-7 years old is $500; over the age of 7 is $300. Fees include vaccinations, microchip, deworming and other vetting as needed. Our adoption process includes an application, reference check and home visit.
