Our Mission
There has been no animal shelter in the Silver Valley for over 20 years. We currently use a network of dedicated foster families, along with boarding at the local veterinary clinics to house the dogs in our care. We take care of stray, abandoned, neglected dogs. Medical attention, spay and neuter, vaccinations as needed. We also help with spay and neutering cats in conjunction with a local group dedicated to cats and kittens.  Give us a call or send us an email if you would like to help out.
Our Mission: To enrich our community by advancing the welfare of companion animals, primarily dogs and cats through humane education, promotion of spay/neuter, and other programs to reduce pet overpopulation, and the rescue and rehoming of abused and abandoned animals.
Volunteer Opportunities: We have a number of ways that you can help the animals, including walking dogs, assisting at adoption events, fostering dogs.
