TLC Pet Rescue was started with a vision.....a vision to save as many kittens, cats and small dogs from high-kill, heartstick facilities. Our goal is to rescue them and provide them a save haven. All our pets are fully vetted and spayed or neutered before being adopted out to a furever home. Adopters are thoroughly screened.
