Our Mission
Sunny Day Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that believes in engaging our community in the process of helping pets in need through education, enrichment, fostering, transportation, and adoption. By including the community in this process we can help to expand the reach of resources in providing abandoned animals with a second chance at a wonderful life. By providing kindness, compassion, and enrichment to animals in need we believe we can create an experience that circles around to providing the same experience back to the community volunteering in the process. By fulfilling our mission statement it helps the animals and the people dedicating their time to being part of this process.
Adoption Policy
Step 1: Submit Application
Please submit an application so that we can get the necessary information needed to see if you qualify for the particular animal you desire.
Step 2: Home Check
We will do a home check either in person or through video depending on your location.
Step 3: Approve Application
We will go over a few things in the home check to fully understand what you are looking for and how our rescue operates.
