Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary, Inc
Our Mission
Founders Dan Baker and Corrine Baker created Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary
alongside their three children: Mara, Porter, and Eisley in April 2018. Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary is a non-profit dedicated to caring for pigs and farm animals in North Georgia.
They currently house 275+ pigs, 11 goats, 2 cows, and 100+ feathered residents in addition to many rescued cats and dogs. The mission of Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary is to provide a safe or find a loving lifelong home for displaced pigs and farm animals. We offer pig and other companion animal spay and neuter assistance when funds allow. We are the only state licensed facility in the State of Georgia permitted to conduct potbelly pig adoptions. By working together with the community on topics such as pig advocacy, companion and farm animal care, gardening, the power of kindness, compassionate living, and volunteerism, we hope to extend our impact for positive change for animals and people alike.
While our outreach is typically within North Georgia, we help where there is a need. Is it important not only to us as an organization but a family to make a difference wherever possible.
Adoption Policy
All interested in adopting must fill out our adoption application. Once an adopter has been approved, a meet and greet is scheduled. And if all works out, adoption is finalized.
