Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue
Our Mission
We are a network of volunteer fosters dedicated to providing urgent care to neonate and sick kittens in need of life saving support. We provide a haven in a loving household environment to kittens until they are ready for spay or neuter surgery and then adoption.
Kittens under eight weeks old are one of the most at-risk populations in the United States, being killed or allowed to die by the hundreds of thousands every year. Our vision is that all neonatal, sick and other at-risk kittens are given a chance to grow and thrive through life-saving fosters and then adoption. Join us in the fight to stop euthanasia of orphaned kittens by adopting a rescued kitten and share our dream that one day animals will no longer be killed in America's shelters.
We believe every life is important, no matter how small.
Adoption Policy
Thank you for your interest in one of our precious foster kittens. We are a foster based rescue. Our kittens are raised in loving foster homes, so they are well socialized, love people and have good potty habits until they are adopted. Kittens may be visited by appointment only.
Once you have made your decision to adopt, click on the link to our adoption application and include the name of the kitten you are interested in adopting. Once we receive and review your application, we will contact you by email with the status of your application and desired kitten. We try to respond within 48 hours. Application approval means you may contact us to schedule a kitten visit. We still need to meet with you in person to determine if you and your desired kitten are a good match.
We receive many applications and we do our best help you get the kitten you desire.
All of our available kittens are adoptable at Frisky Cat Cafe in St Augustine. Our address is 1092 S Ponce De Leon Blvd.
