Our Mission
Happy Homes Pet Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Orlando, FL, dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming pets in need. Founded on the belief that every pet deserves a loving home, our mission is to provide second chances to animals who have been abandoned, neglected, or surrendered. Our comprehensive services, including pet adoption, foster care, and volunteer opportunities, ensure that we can support both the animals and the community. With a team of passionate volunteers and supporters, we strive to create a world where every pet is loved, cared for, and given the opportunity to thrive. Adoption Policy
Anyone interested in adopting one of our pets must fill out an adoption application. We then vet the application and interview the applicant before setting up a meet and greet with the animal. We also do a home inspection prior to adoption and also discuss any needs or accommodations the pet will require and make sure the potential adopter is able to provider for those things. The applicant must be able and willing to meet these conditions in order to be considered to adopt the pet. Once the applicant is approved, an adoption contract is completed and date for them to receive the pet is scheduled.
