C.A.R.T.
Our Mission
We are an all-volunteer non-profit animal rescue organization  located in NW Florida.  We are dedicated to saving the lives of pets that have "special" needs or are homeless/abandoned/abused or neglected and would otherwise be euthanized or harmed if not rescued.
Our group provides or assists in providing rescue, transportation, foster care, veterinary/rehabilitation care, sterilization and re-homing of pets.
We participate in animal rescue operations, spay and neuter programs, and are dedicated to helping and supporting animal rescuers. Â
OUR GOAL is to lower euthanasia rates at animal control facilities by bringing adoptable pets into our program for medical/social rehabilitation and re-homing and to encourage pet owner responsibility and commitment to their pets and prevent them from contributing to the homeless pet population (i.e. spay/neuter awareness, micro-chipping, etc.).
Adoption Policy
REMEMBER: Â Adopting a pet is a lifetime commitment.
Our adoption fees vary between $50.00 and $300.00Â
The fee includes pet being spayed or neutered, having current required vaccines, heartworm tested and microchipped.
If needed, transportation assistance is available to some areas.
Our pets are located in foster homes throughout the Northwest Florida area (mainly Escambia/Santa Rosa/Okaloosa/Walton/ Bay counties). Â
An appointment to visit any of our pets can be easily and conveniently arranged by contacting TeresaRaye42@gmail.com
