The mission of the Waterbury Police Department is to protect with vigilance and serve with impartiality, while engaging in a strong partnership with the community. Waterbury Animal Control is a division of the Waterbury Police Department.
Adoption Policy
Potential adopters need to provide their identification, and either proof of home ownership or written permission from their landlords to have a dog.
