Ridgefield Cat Project
Our Mission
We’re a small, privately run cat rescue group based in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Our mission is to end the suffering among homeless cats by reducing the breeding and overpopulation, one cat at a time, starting in Ridgefield.
These cats ended up outside through no fault of their own, struggling to survive in extreme weather conditions, while painfully starving, and succumbing to infections and injuries. We can end their suffering, and clean up our neighborhoods.
We also have a working barn cat program, for those cats who are happiest living primarily outdoors or left to live indoors without direct human contact. They're little hunters and can help you keep pests away.
Adoption Policy
Veterinarian reference or two personal references required, along with employment verification. We also require a home check.
