Adoption Policy

We ask that all adopters submit an initial adoption application here: http://petstablished.com/adoption_form/4362/generic.The application will be screened and if approved, we will contact the potential adopter asking to set up a home check and play date. Our representative would then come to your home, verify its safety for animals in our care, and ensure that the pup is a good match for your home. If all goes well, we would set up a final adoption date where we review paperwork with you. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, medical needs, and size of dog.
