Martina Animal Rescue
Our Mission
Martina Animal Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization who helps rescue dogs from County and City Animal Control Services as well as local shelters across the Bay Area; usually the scared, overlooked or often the ones off the euthanasia list. We also rescue animals that have been abandoned or left injured on the streets. We make sure they receive needed medical care and updated shots and altering if they are not already spayed or neutered. We place them in foster homes throughout California, to decompress and learn to be part of a family as well as learn structure and boundaries. If needed we have trainers that help prepare our dogs for adoption. Martina Animal Rescue prides itself as being the last safety net for these animals, and are made up of a small group of individuals who often work multiple jobs to keep the rescue going.
