Our Mission
We at OceanRay Rescue are a foster based non profit dog rescue that strives to help relieve our local shelters here in Bakersfield, California as well as hope that we can inspire a change in the culture and community surrounding rescue.
Adoption Policy
First is the application process, then 2-3 meet and greets with the final one including a home check and if all is approved we move forward with adoption fee and the adopter signing a contract to be their sole provider from that point on.
