Our Mission
Our mission at the Bisbee Animal Shelter is to provide a safe and clean environment for animals in our care while they wait for the perfect forever home.
We take in owner surrenders and stray animals from within Bisbee city limits.
All of our animals are thoroughly vetted, spayed or neutered, have all age appropriate vaccinations, rabies vaccine, microchip with registration and deworming.
We also accept donations of pet food and supplies, as well as monetary donations.
Adoption Policy
We ask that you meet the animal in person to help ensure that it's a good match for both of you. Â You will need to fill out an application, with at least 3 personal references and a vet reference. Â We usually approve or deny the adoption within 24 to 48 hours. Our adoptions are not first come first served, but are based on what is the best fit for the animal and potential pet parent. We may receive multiple applications for the same animal.
The adoption fee for cats and kittens is $60 which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and microchip registration.
The adoption fee for dogs is $75 which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and microchip registration.
The adoption fee for puppies is $100 which also includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and microchip registration.
