Enya Horse Standardbred Elkhart Lake, WI

Sweet Enya is an 11-year-old bay Standardbred that was pulled from a Texas feedlot. We said we had room, so SRF (Standardbred Retirement Foundation) was kind enough to get her here a month or so later!
She's gained some needed weight and has proven to be a reliable mount! She has one phobia.....and that's BUGZ! She does not like them anywhere on her body! Whomever adopts this sweet girl will have to load up on repellent!!
She stands about 15.1hh. She is riding sound but won't win any races! She prefers life at a slower pace! Will W/T/C.

Upon her arrival here....we observed some nasal drainage. We vetted her...kept her inside - just in case she had something? After several vet visits and a trip to UW Vet Care in Madison, she was completely cleared of any virus....or infection, nor heaves. I will attach their summary. When Enya "works," she has some nasal drainage.....it's just part of her makeup! There is nothing physically wrong with her to fix!!!

She is great for experienced rider for trails or whatever. She is a kind in-your-pocket kind of gal and would love her very own person to dote on her, ride her and give her a purpose in life!!

She is fully vetted, Coggins/Vaccs updated. Loads/stands in crossties......just a really good mare!
