I was not allowed to have any pets with the person I lived with and I have always owned a dog well many. They have always been chihuahuas so I decided when I split up The first thing I wanted was a big dog. So I thought I’ve never gotten a dog from a shelter so this was going to be where I was going to look first. So I looked in the town where I live and didn’t see a dog, so I searched a little more and found Jake just a little ways from me. He has been such a joy for me. We are still learning about each other. I’ve only had him for a short time but he is my rock. I love him so much and can’t wait for what he brings to my life in the future. Thank you for bringing him into my life Rufus refuge and our sweet dear Lord.
