Zyla Pit Bull Terrier & Pug Mix Chattanooga, TN

Zyla is simply the cutest!!! This 1 year old girl is a Pit Bull and Pug mix (at least that is our best guess) and she weighs 36 pounds.

Zyla was rescued from our friends at SCRATCH while they were working on a local TNR project. She lived in a small pen with 3 other large dogs and had a litter of 9 puppies. Sadly, only 1 puppy survived but was fortunately taken home by one of the rescuers and has already been adopted.

Because of Zyla's past environement, she is shy and startles easy, but is already doing great with our lobby dogs AJ, King, and Skyy. She blends right in and follows their lead when greeting new people. She is really sweet and it makes us so happy to see her confidence grow every day.


We're open Wednesday - Sunday 12 - 5 p.m but are doing meet & greets and adoptions by appointment only.

The adoption fee is $135 which includes a free veterinary exam within 2 weeks of adoption at local participating vets, up to date vaccinations, heartworm test, heartworm preventative, dewormer, flea preventative, microchip, & spay or neuter.
