Zila is a loving and resilient kelpie mix looking for her forever home. Despite losing a leg after being hit by a car, she has adapted wonderfully and gets around with ease.

This girl thrives on affection and loves to be petted. She would be a good dog to cuddle on the couch with! If you like to travel, Zila would make a great road trip partner! She loves to be around her family wherever they go!

Her playful spirit shines through as she enjoys playing ball and engaging in a good game of chase with other dogs. Zila is also well-behaved and trained-she's both crate and potty trained, making her a great companion in the home. She knows the command sit & would easily be trainable for more commands. Walking on a leash is no challenge for her as a tripod, as she's confident and calm during walks.

When it comes to interacting with other dogs, Zila is definitely an alpha. She loves to play and can be very energetic, making her a great playmate for other active dogs. However, she would also do really well as an only dog, especially in a home where a meet and greet with other dogs isn't possible. Zila is available in Texas and would thrive in a home that can match her energy or give her the solo attention she deserves.
