Zeus Mixed Breed Hood River, OR

Zeus came to us as a stray, so we really do not know much about him. He is very shy and really wants to trust people but it takes him a while to warm up to new people. He absolutely loves our staff here at the shelter and gets all wiggly when he sees them coming. He REALLY likes other dogs, but is quickly overwhelmed if they try and play with them. We think Zeus would do best in a relatively quiet home, would probably do better with older kiddos and mellow dogs. We feel like with time he will come out of his shell and be an awesome adventure dog, but it is going to take some time for him to learn how to trust the world.
Zeus is about 60 lbs and we think he is finished growing so will stay this size. He is neutered and ready to go to his new family.

To help our sweet dogs all find "Homes for the Holidays", we have reduced our adoption fees for the months of November and December. Zeus's adoption fee has been reduced from $350 to $150.
