1/31/23 update: Zephyr is looking for a kennel break.
The stress of the shelter environment is taking a toll on his mental health. He's looking for someone to give him some downtime in the form of a temporary foster home.

Experienced dog owner.
Kids over 12
Dog selective. Cats that are dog-savvy are ok!

Yo! Hey! I’m Zephyr! Slobbery kisses anyone? I am just a young chap found as a stray. I’m looking for an active family that can provide me with a lot of exercise, a solid routine and structure.

I do lack basic manners, because I'm just so excited to meet you! I'm willing and eager to learn. I do need a family with kids over 12 years old.

All I need is a family that can help me learn! I do know sit, but it is short lived as I get excited and want to get the snack. My tail never stops wagging and I don’t stop slobbering! Happiest kid on the block! I am very affectionate, love my people. I met a cat here and did well! I was very respectable of his space when he would hiss/swat at me. Maybe I used to live with cats and took a few toe beans to the face? Hard to say! Slow introductions are very important though.

I played off leash with another dog, so a dog friend at home would be fine by me. I can be a little pushy and try to mount,but listened to the other dog’s correction.
Look at this face, how can you say no?!
