Meet Zaid
Hi, I’m Zaid
I am from a litter of 12 found in a box on a rule country road. When found eight of my siblings had already passed on. I was 3 1/2 weeks old when Hero Dog Rescue was contacted and they come running to help me. My foster mom bottle-fed me until I was almost 5 weeks old then I started eating mush, then soaked kibble. My Foster Mom says I am a sweet boy, even though I am a rough boy when playing. I’ve had my first puppy shots and deworming. I would love for you to be my forever family, to care and help me learn to be good. If your interested you can apply at herorescue.org
Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies.
Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household.
Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.
