Who wants a cute, goofy, zoomie, but also super chill best friend?

2.5 years, neutered, fully vaccinated/vetted

This boy was rescued from a rural north Texas shelter, where he was a staff favorite, but got passed by for over 500 days, as puppies and purebreds found their homes :(
He just completed three weeks of board and train where he learned all kinds of good boy things like 'place, touch', and loose leash walking. He already knew sit and shake!
We do not know if he is cat friendly. He can feel nervous around young kids and has shown sensitivity to loud noises, so will be best in a home with children 10 and above.
OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Raising The Bar Animal rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).
Our out of state adoption fee is $175 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.
