Wiz Husky & Labrador Retriever Mix Perrysburg, OH

Wiz is a young one-year-old, 70-pound husky lab mix. His initial start to life was unpleasant and involved a lot of starvation and neglect. He arrived in need of a lot of medical care which he has gotten and now he is healthy and happy and ready to go home.

Wiz is an affectionate dog who enjoys people and refreshingly, he is happy to be near you and not actually on you. Wiz is generally good with dogs and likes to play but given his start to life, he need some introductions and if the other dogs are tolerant of nerd dogs missing the occasional social cue, so much the better. He is not good with cats and small woodland creatures which is no surprise given his breed. He is fine with kids over 8. He is active but not spastic and a fenced yard to run in would be ideal. Wiz is not a townhome/condo/apartment candidate as he has a lovely, tenor voice when he hears fire engines, etc.

This dog will make a lot of families happy and he deserves his happily ever after.
