Meet Windstar! This big boy was found outside tied to a garage with his sister in -25 weather with so shelter. Windstar is a very sweet boy who loves his people SO much! He is a very large, strong guy who turns into a cuddly lapdog any chance he gets. He is dog friendly especially with his best friend, his sister that he was rescued with, but they are not bonded. Please consider fostering or adopting this sweet boy!
