Age: About a year.
Activity Level: Mostly low until it's time to go outside, and then the zoomies strike.
Things I do in my free time: Snuggle on the couch and on laps, chew my bones, play with my toys.
Things I know: How to sit (unless I’m too excited) shake a paw, and go in my kennel
Things I am learning: How to stay.
Kids: I haven't met any, but I am interested in them
Dogs: Not sure, I haven't had much chance to play with them.

Car rides: Love them, but sometimes I like to bark at the dogs I see.

Additional Info from foster parent: Willie is sweet and relaxed most of the time, and the most patient and obliging dog. He takes medicine and has bath time without any fuss. He is a gentle, sweet boy.

Training Information: Willie is currently attending FIT Dogs training through K9 Coach twice a week to work on his obedience training and excitement around other dogs. We do believe he likes other dogs as he was around them in the shelter play group while in TX. Right now, he gets so excited to see them and in order to do a proper dog into we need him to remain calm. We will hopefully be able explore this in the next few weeks with the help of training.

Please note: Willie also has allergies that are controlled by both a daily med and a shot that he gets every 4-6 weeks (cost is approx. $150 every 4-6 weeks). He also receives weekly baths and a wipe down after he comes in from outside to wipe off any allergens. He loves to put his head into bushes, etc while out exploring on his walks. Please note that this will be an additional cost every 4-6 weeks to control his allergies. As of right now, we do believe his allergies are environmental and not food related.
