Meet Willard

HI! I am Willard, affectionately known to the staff here as Willie or Squillard. I had an injury to my back left leg, and recently had hip surgery to help fix it and I am SO ready to play tug-of-war with my new family! The shelter people will show you what exercises to do to help me continue to heal and I am a SUPER good about doing them so I can get back to nice long walks. I will need a home with a fenced in yard because as a hound dog once I get a scent of something I will just follow my nose until I can't smell that anymore and then I might not be able to find my way back home.
