If you're a dog lover, Whisper is the girl for you! She's a friendly, funny, energetic and playful girl with lots of love to give. Though she's athletic and curious, she's also affectionate and thrives on human connection. She's not just a pretty face though - she's smart as a whip and can learn commands quickly! Though Whisper might be a little shy at first, she'll open up and be your best friend in no time! She has the cutest little polka dot ears and could possibly have a little Dalmation in her genetic makeup. Whisper would be best in a home with a male dog or in a dog-free home where she can be the center of attention. She would also do best in a home with children that are at least 8 years old because of her young energy! Whisper is not a fan of cats. For out-of-state adoptions:

WHISPER's out of state adoption fee is $500 (which includes transport) which includes her spay surgery, current vaccinations (rabies, 2 parvo/distemper boosters, and bordatella), flea and tick prevention, negative heartworm test, negative fecal, health certificate, and registered microchip.

She is available through Levelland Animal Friends, a partner rescue of Project Freedom Ride. Levelland Animal Friends is located in the Texas Panhandle. She is located with our rescue here in Texas.
She would be transported on one of the PFR transports to the following locations:
Northwest Route: Salt Lake City, UT - Meridian, ID - Mt. Vernon, WA - Seattle, WA – Richland, WA – Oregon City, OR - Portland, OR

Northeast Route: Kansas City, MO – Des Moines, IA - Springfield, IL – Indianapolis, IN - Minneapolis, MN – Stevens Point, WI – Madison, WI – Chicago, IL – Grand Rapids, MI – Lansing, MI – Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH – Pembroke, NY - Syracuse, NY - Castleton on Hudson, NY - Newburgh, NY - Bedminster, NJ - Pittsburgh, PA – Philadelphia, PA – Halethorpe, MD - Springfield, VA - Richmond, VA

As a Project Freedom Ride direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on video call (usually through Facetime or other video formats). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
