Wheaties Terrier Mix West Richland, WA

Born April 2, 2023 Wheaties is a male small breed Terrier mix. His mom was a Yorkie-Poo and dad…well your guess is as good as ours! Full grown he will likely be approx. 9-12 pounds. Here is a little bit about him from his foster mom: Wheaties is a sweet as they come! He is very cuddly, playful and smart. He is potty pad trained and making great progress on doing his business outside. He learned the doggy door in his foster home within 5 minutes! Wheaties enjoys chewing on bones as he’s teething. So far, he has not chewed on anything he shouldn’t in his foster home although he does enjoy capturing a good sock! Squeaky toys are also his thing ? Wheaties loves other dogs and has not been around cats. Wheaties can come off as standoffish when he meets someone new, but within an hour he is all yours – affectionate, loyal and bonded. We’d love to find him a family who would take him to doggy classes so he can learn the ropes on being the best dog he can be. He’s treat motivated and highly trainable. Wheaties ideal home would be an active one with securely fenced yard with adults or adults and children over 5. Another canine buddy of similar size and energy level to romp around with is a plus!
