She is a spitfire of a puppy! Her foster mom has made sure she has a passion for fashion and has kept her well-socialized both in her foster home and in public with dogs of varying ages. She is utd on her vaccines and is microchipped. She is still learning basic commands and is getting better at potty training outside so consistency and patience is very important with puppies her age. She would do very well in a home with another dog to keep her company and help spend her energy- she has a lot!

She is relatively quiet- doesn’t bark a lot unless she is left alone in her kennel. While she is fine at night with her best buddy, she is still getting used to being alone in her kennel. She will go in willingly to eat, but will let you know when she’s ready to come out. She will also let you know when she’s had enough playing or play is getting too rough- her teacher voice comes out “I SAID NO!”

She wants to be loved by everyone and will nibble on you to show you just how grateful she is! We call this “Corncobbing” in the dog world… it’s a harmless form of affection, she just hasn’t mastered the art of merciful application yet. She has a beautiful open mouth smile! Sometimes it may look like a yawn? But it’s actually a smile that you can mimic with her and make fantastic selfies with!

She loves to play chase, tug of war, squeaker toys, and has just recently discovered what balls are for! Also, if she can reach it, she will grab for it because it is game on always- pant legs, shoe strings, bathrobes, skirt hems, toes, scarves… you name it. If she sees it as you’re walking by and jumps for it, she will hook it like a Bassmaster Elite and hang on for dear life!

She loves cuddling and will let you know she wants it by staring at you with her big beautiful eyes and may reach up for you if you make eye contact with her! Sometimes when she’s super tired, she will pace around you and fuss a bit, just like a toddler, hoping you will settle down so she can get in your lap, otherwise she will sit at your feet until she collapses.

When she’s hungry, she will let you know she’s ready for a snack by sitting in front of her kennel and using those doe eyes again… boring a hole through you until you notice her, so pay attention to her language! Her feeding schedule is pretty regular: breakfast 630am, Snack time 2pm, dinner 5pm. The foodie song and dance is totally worth it!

She is a sweetheart with a spicy personality. She will make a great companion to the perfect family!
