Meet Walnut
Looking for a partner in crime! I’m Walnut (aka Wally) and I was just released from prison, where I graduated with flying colors! My trainers said that I was a real rock star; smart and loving! Now I am on the lookout for a family of my own! ! I am a year and a half, 85 pound Great Dane and Yellow Labrador Retriever mix. Believe me, I have the best characteristics of both breeds. Of course I have great house manners and know a lot of commands too!
I love my humans and will melt into them after a walk or romp in the yard. I am also a shadow! Don't take a nap, or you might just find me on top of you (that's the Great Dane in me). I'm a big, tall guy who will need plenty of exercise and a fenced yard to run and play! I love other dogs, but I will chase chickens, cats and squirrels. Another dog in my home would be ideal for me! I get along with bigger, respectful kids (little ones might get knocked over), as I still get excited for playtime. I can use the dog door too, but I much prefer to hang with my humans! Did I mention I am also a good car rider and would love to go on all your errands and adventures! I would love to find a family with older children who would continue my pups for parole training.
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
