Vida Australian Shepherd & Basenji Mix Milwaukie, OR

CUTE FACTOR alert: Meet Vida! **Arriving in Portland, OR on 11/12**

Vida is approx. 4 months old, as of early November 2024, and was surrendered with her siblings to PRDF to find a great home after PRDF performed community sterilization for his Mama (see last pic; mama is the 25 lb brown dog and daddy is the 45lb black and white one). She currently weighs 15 lbs, is fully vaccinated (rabies too), and on her preventatives. Her adopter will be responsible for spaying her at her age-appropriate time (part of our adoption contract), which will likely be around 8 months of age. Although she looks like an Aussie Shepherd with her beautiful blue eyes and white and black wavy coat, she is expected to stay in the medium-sized dog range. She's quite the looker!

Her foster in Puerto Rico reports that although she's only had her a short while, Vida is quite precious, friendly, and active as puppies are! She LOVES to cuddle, she's active, and loves to go on walks and PLAY! She is learning how to be fully potty trained, so her future family will need to expect to fine-tune that aspect of puppy life.

Vida will be flying with a volunteer from PR to the Portland the 12th of November, so apply early to have a chance to pick her up at PDX!
