Meet Veruca
She is two years old, weighs 11 pounds, and is heartworm negative.
She does have luxating patellas but it doesn’t seem to inhibit her mobility.
Veruca is struggling with being fearful and timid.
I’m not sure what happened to her, but it wasn’t good.
I’ve had her exactly one week and she is making slow progress to overcome that.
It is only a matter of time before she turns the corner.
She is so incredibly sweet and loves to be held and cuddled, which is more than half the battle.
And she’s the perfect size to cuddle.
