Venus Labrador Retriever & Hound Mix Scranton, PA

Venus is a super sweet girl who was recently rescued from a high kill shelter after she was abandoned by her previous owner.
Venus is about a year of age. She is spayed and UTD with vaccinations. She recently tested negative for heartworm disease. She is also micro-chipped and on preventatives, too.
Venus is great with other dogs and she LOVES kids. She is also very mellow around cats. She doesn't appear to have much of a prey drive and is not reactive to deer. Venus is a nice size.. maybe 30-35 lbs. but she can stand to gain a little bit of weight. Her foster mom in PA is working on this.
Venus is listed as a Hound/Terrier/Lab mix but only a DNA test is going to tell us her true breed make up. We believe that she will make a great addition to any family. She can be a bit timid in new surroundings so another doggie friend in the home may benefit her in building her self confidence. Venus's suggested adoption donation is $350. Venus, now called "Vivi" has been adopted by her foster mom. She will now be spending the "happily-ever-after" part of her life in Clarks Green, PA.
