Tucker Golden Retriever Mix Mokena, IL

Meet Tucker! Tucker is an adorable Golden Retriever mix who was rescued to avoid euthanasia. He is around a year and half old. Tucker is friendly, outgoing and bouncy boy! He has good manners, and that typical golden personality. He keeps his crate at the rescue squeaky clean, and we believe that he will have an easy transition into his forever home.
Tucker is playful and loves to go on walks and explore! He would prefer to be the only pet in a home with no young children (13+ is okay) as they make him nervous.


The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog or family's needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs.
