Meet Tucker! You would never know it from pictures or meeting him, but Tucker has truly had quite the journey home. Since coming into rescue with significant injuries to his chest, he's made a full recovery and is ready for his forever home. From the beginning, he has been great on a leash and is completely house-broken. His chilled, relaxed personality has come into full bloom, demonstrating he's primed to be a house dog. He's shown his foster family his sweet, loyal personality by always being at their side. He loves to play with his rope toys, especially with his three human-foster sisters. He and his senior-aged foster-dog sister (15 year-old Yorkshire Terrier) got along great with no issues. Tucker does not show food aggression nor is he territorial with people or dogs. He also has not demonstrated any nuisance chewing! Tucker is learning how to crate and is understanding the safe space it provides, although he still makes his objections known from time to time. He definitely loves his people, sometimes getting vocal when he can tell they are departing.
