TROOPER - lover boy! Hound & Beagle Mix Franklin, MA

Please meet Trooper! To look at this handsome boy, you'd never know what a rough beginning he had in life. As puppies, some of his siblings didn't make it but, true to his name, Trooper hung on and has been receiving lots of TLC in his kind foster home while waiting for a place to hang his leash forever.

Trooper is now about 14 months old and weighs in at around 50 pounds...every ounce filled with sweetness. We know that his mom was a beagle/hound mix, but have no info about dad. Looks like he may have some lab in him, but we call him a "Heinz 57" pup....the best kind. He is house trained, kennel trained and leash trained. He adores his people and is always looking to please. He also knows several basic commands and loves to carry his stuffies around with him.

There's a small dog and two cats in Trooper's foster home. He gets along well with all and knows how to respect a little dog.. He has not been fostered with children; however with is gentle, sweet nature, he'd be a great addition to a family with kids above toddler age.

Trooper has been neutered, micro-chipped and is up to date with vaccinations. He's also on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. His doggy bag is packed and he's ready to head for his forever home. If you'd like to give this lovable affectionate boy his happily ever after, he'll reward you with snuggles and kisses.
