Tony Pit Bull Terrier Mix Binghamton, NY

Meet Tony! Tony is an approximately 3 year old American Bulldog mix. He is neutered and up to date on all his shots. Prior to rescue, Tony had a rough life. Although he was clearly abused, he is still such a people pleaser and lover! He has the sweetest personality and loves nothing more than to be cuddled up at your side or in your lap! His favorite things include belly scratches, walks, catching flies, and just being in the presence of his humans. He is good with dogs and is submissive. He needs slow introductions to cats as he has probably not been around them before but doesn't pull on the leash to get to them. My guess would be that he is more curious than anything, but keeping Tony on a leash while making slow introductions would be beneficial. Tony has started to get osteoporosis in his back legs and will need a home that is committed to his care. He is on a fish oil and glucosamine supplement and this will only ensure that he has a long and healthy life. His beginning arthritis does not keep Tony from being an amazing dog! He can do everything that any other dog can do! He is great to walk and doesn't pull on the leash. Tony is also good with all people that he meets, big and small. Tony is a very special boy who has so much to offer! If you are looking for a total love bug who will be 100% loyal to you, Tony is definitely your guy!!


All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary. Vet references are required and prior to adoption a home inspection will be conducted. Adoption fee applies.
