Meet Tommy J
Tommy J is a 10-week-old puppy who looks mostly like a King Shepherd, but I don’t think that he will get close to being that big.
He probably has a lot of Australian Shepherd in him, too, but who knows for sure?
As you can see from the pictures, he’s beyond cute, and he’s wonderful with children and other dogs, big and small. He’s also great with kitties and farm animals!
Of course, his adoption covers his neuter, all his baby shots (3 DA2PPv’s), this Bordetella inoculation, and his rabies shot, as well as incidentals like worm meds and flea meds. He’s a wonderfully healthy, chubby little doll!
Momma looks like she’s part border collie or some kind of spaniel and maybe part Labrador Retriever. She weighs about 35 pounds and has a slightly fluffy coat. We don’t know who daddy was but he was probably medium-large size because I think Tommy J will grow up to be on the bigger size of medium.
Tommy is a delightful, sweet, affectionate, loving doll face who is excellent with everyone and everything. In 30 years of doing rescue and foster, I’ve seldom had puppers as wonderful as Tommy!
I'm a firm believer in a” sleepover” -- you can take a pup home to make sure it is a good match for you, the pup, and the rest of your family. The sleepover can be a week, because it's only fair to give everyone time to get to know one another to adapt. We always take our critters back if things don’t work out.
