Meet Tommy Boy (Tripod)
Tommy Boy is a 5 month old mix, take your guess on the breeds!
He has been neutered by us and he had his limb off same time. He was a him by car and taken to the local animal control. He was very shy and in pain upon arrival. Even though we wanted to splint the bones after the swelling went down and antibiotics started, he just never started feeling better. So our vets recommended removal of limb.
He is a super sweet boy and a snuggler, loves to sleep with you if you allow it! He is very good with cats and great with children. He loves to run and play with the other dogs in his foster home and gets along well with everyone. He hasn’t shown a ton of interest in toys because he has many other fosters to play and chew on. He does better with chewing on bones of any kind. We always recommend supervised bone chewing.
Potty training well but not fully there.
So far he is a well mannered puppy. But he jumps, so he will need to be taught that. Everyone lets him jump up even if his foster tells them not to bc ppl feel bad for him!
Does great with car rides even long ones! He is well manned at work for her foster everyday.
He is not crate trained and does hate being in one, the foster is working on it though. He may do best in a home where the owner is home more often than not since he doesn’t like the crate.
Tommy Boy is up to date on vaccines, neutered , has been heart worm tested negative and is on flea, tick and heart worm prevention. He is also microchipped already and registration of the chip is included in the adoption fee as well.
His adoption fee is $225
We accept cash, check or card.
