Meet Toby, a lively pup that is always on the move! Though hes still perfecting his leash manners, his love for treats makes him a star student in training. Toby might need a little time to warm up, but once he does, his friendly and happy nature shines through. Toby would love to attend the FREE dog training class after his adoptionhes just waiting for a patient, understanding, and loving adopter like you to join him! He can be a lot at times, but we are hoping he will get the chance to settle down once he is in his new home.
