Titan Mixed Breed Brentwood, TN

Titan was picked up by animal control after he was abandoned with his brother at an elderly woman's home. He was taken to local animal shelter where he sat for months. As the shelter became overwhelmed with a hoarding case, Titan climbed to the top of the euthanasia list. He was scheduled to be euthanized at the end of July, but a volunteer convinced the them to hold him until she could foster him. He has been with his foster since the beginning of August. 

His foster says he is an easy-going boy, likes to explore and swim, and enjoys outings to Burger King. He also loves car rides and would make the perfect dog to take with you on adventures. He loves to snuggle on the couch and relax, but also enjoys playing in the yard! He loves other dogs, but his play style can be a little rough and tumble so he would do best with another playful dog! He has done amazingly with children and bonds with them instantly. He is very sweet and caring, and his foster can’t believe he hasn’t been adopted yet!

Titan is also a handsome fellow! He has the most expressive face and endearing expressions. He weighs around 65 lbs currently, and is fully grown. We think he would do well in a variety of homes and are hopeful he’ll find his forever soon!

PLEASE NOTE: We are a non-profit organization without municipal or government funding. Veterinary/Medical expenses are constant for an animal rescue. Our adoption fees not only help to provide vetting and care for the animal being adopted, but they also help to cover heartworm treatments and other treatable ailments that many animals, that would otherwise be euthanized, need in order to be made available for adoption.

Please understand that adopting an animal is a LIFETIME COMMITMENT to that animal and there will be veterinary expenses throughout their life that can often cost several hundreds, if not thousands of dollars (without pet insurance), especially without annual checkups and preventative care.  As a potential family for this pet you are responsible for their safety and that includes keeping them on your property.

***If you are not in the middle Tennessee area, transport can potentially be arranged to approved homes, depending on distance and local adaptability. We normally do not allow adoptions outside of 1.5 hours driving distance.
