Meet Timmy
Timmy arrived at Miko’s Sanctuary a hot mess with a pervasive flea infestation and testicular cancer. The tumor was removed and Timmy is now on the path to recovery. He was treated for fleas and his hair is growing back on his back end. We were excited that the pathology report was positive, reporting the margins were clear.
Timmy is a sweet little guy, but does initially have trust issues. He barks at strangers trying to approach him, but we feel that part of his fear stems from him being in so much pain. Once he knows you, he greets you with love. Timmy will need someone who is patient with him while he heals and learns to trust. We were told he was 10, but our vet believes he is older. He is up to date on vaccines and about 20 lbs.
