Just like his namesake, Tigger has a vibrant personality and bounces around! This adorable 4 pound, 6 month old pup loves people of all ages and gets along wonderfully with the other dogs in his foster home. He will cry to be lifted onto your lap or when you step out of the room, and once he runs out of steam, he will snuggle with you on the couch.
Tigger is kennel trained, and making definite progress on potty training (but he's not quite 100%).
