Meet Tess
Our hearts were broken when we first met Tess. This beautiful girl had been left tied to a stop sign in a nearby town. A kind person freed her and brought her to HUA. Tess is everything a good Boxer should be. She is playful and friendly, and she cherishes attention from the humans with all of her heart. She is super nice to the other dogs and loves attending playgroup with all of her new friends. Of course, Tess is as goofy as they come–her funny ears move in all sorts of directions and positions, making the humans laugh. She loves chasing balls, and stuffed toys do not stand a chance when she knows there is a squeaky thing inside. Caregivers and volunteers adore this precious dog and Tess is always up for some good cuddles. Because she was abandoned and she loves people so much, Tess would be happiest in a home where her family members are not often gone.
