Hi there, my name is Terra. Whew, I am happy to be here at Foster Mom’s. In my previous home and I use that word “home” loosely, it was more of an unbearable existence, I was not taken well care of and not given parasite prevention, so as many south Texas doggies do, I have worms growing in my heart. Foster Mom started me on the slower treatment method but is willing to discuss the quicker method with interested adopters.
The rescue pays for heart worm treatment so don’t worry about the cost.
I do get on well with all the dogs here. I am feeling healthy and happy. I enjoy not having to worry about mealtime. Kibbles seem to magically appear out of the pantry on a daily basis. Honestly, I think Foster Mom is some sorta good witch or wizard.
I do enjoy the sunshine and playtime outside, but being an indoor dog where I don’t have to deal with 24/7 weather and bugs is the kind of life I am looking for.
I’m really gentle so I would probably be OK in any type of household. Since I didn’t get much of an opportunity to share my love with humans for the first 4-5 years, get ready, I have a lot of love stored up.
Love, Terra
