Teddy Bear (Found Abandoned) Black Labrador Retriever Mix Salamanca, NY

This little boy was found abandoned like garbage in an apartment in Salamanca after they moved out. Empire Animal Rescue Society (EARS) assisted Salamanca Dog Control and the City of Salamanca in the removal of 3 completely emaciated canines. Two adults and this single puppy here.

The conditions were more than depolrable.

This pup is as sweet and cuddly as he is skinny. After some love and plumping he will be available through our program. His foster is still working on a name.
