TAYLA (5/6 years) & TOULOUSE (6/7years)

This beautiful pair of bonded dogs are looking for a brand new forever home. They are the sweetest beings.

TAYLA & TOULOUSE were found left for 2 days after their owner was sadly found deceased in the bathtub in Toronto.

We took them into our care just before Christmas 2024. They are currently in North York in foster care, being pampered and loved as they so deserve. As much as the foster would love to keep them, they already have 3 dogs and recently lost a very special one, so we hope to find that special home.

About TAYLA (Pomeranian / Terrier Mix, vaccines up to date, microchipped and will be spayed early February) - she is a very cuddly girl who only barks when she is surprised, like when the doorbell rings. She gets along well with other dogs and humans alike, is treat motivated and aims to please. She walks very well on a leash and likes short brisk walks. TAYLA is very attached to her buddy TOULOUSE. She is fully house trained and goes potty outside, has never had incidents indoors. She loves to go outside to check out the garden every 3 or 4 hours. She has been left alone for up to 6 hours with no incidences and can likely handle a little longer. She is calm, lovely and would be a great addition to your home. She knows her name and comes when called. She will be booked to be spayed end of January / early February prior to being adopted.

About TOULOUSE (Silky Silver Terrier, neutered, vaccines up to date and microchipped)) - he is a gentle boy, bonded with TAYLA, and is protective of her in his own way. HE took a few days to settle in, but is now a big attention seeker, looking for belly rubs and affection. He likes to wake up his foster mom with his wet nose asking for pats in the morning. TOULOUSe likes walks a couple of times a da and also goes to the garden every 3 or 4 hours like TAYLA, and has been left alone for up to 6 hours with a belly band with no issues. He is a very sweet boy but is strong and needs a bit more training on a leash which his foster mom is working on. HE growls a bit to let you know he's not happy but it's not a problem at all. He is treat motivated and likes to take long naps by himself after a walk.

So they are perfect amazing adorable dogs who are looking for that perfect home. They have not likely been around children so a home with mainly adults is best, and if children visit, they should be gentle and calm.
