TANDY is a very sweet, happy dog…almost 1 year old (DOB 3/1/24). She is part Yellow Lab… and maybe a little Shepherd of some kind. She is confused with one ear up and one ear down :) ... maybe that’s the cross between the Lab (ears down) and Shepherd (ears up)? Regardless, it may look a little funny but with her happy personality she’ll really be the topic of conversation. She is house trained. Tandy’s story is that she was most probably dropped on my own street and she found my neighbor across the street for food and care. My neighbor called me, knowing what I do in rescue…and we took her in. She was soooo happy to get attention, good food, and a place to sleep. She loves all my other dogs, pesters the cats a little because she’s interested in them… no prey instinct there. She is friendly to all people who come over. She’ll be a great family dog…weighing 48#s. She loves to go outside and is mostly house trained.

We have had children visit her and she did fine, we can't imagine if children are respectful and parents supervise there would be issues.

Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention.
