Taco is an affectionate and loyal 10-year-old senior dog who is very sweet and calm. He is in need of a cozy retirement home where he can live out the rest of his days being showered with love and comfort. Unfortunately, Taco was surrendered to the shelter by his previous owners when he got older, but he doesn't let that get him down. He's a very good boy who is gentle, well-trained, and enjoys going on walks, car rides, and meeting new people. He lived harmoniously with a cat and gets along well with other dogs of all sizes, too. He is also potty trained, has leash skills, and just wants to simply love and be loved during his golden years. Taco is ready for a cozy retirement home where he will only know love and comfort from here on out. Taco is the BEST BOY to say the least! He gets along with my crazy zoo pack and has no issues with eating with them too. He's learned the dog door, is fully potty trained, doesn't mark, and he has passed his home alone test without being destructive. He's a pretty simple guy that enjoys lounging around outside in the sunshine, rolling in the grass, and he's very food motivated and loves to catch treats. He is also crate trained but he does great with having free roam in the house without issues. He can be a little shy at first, but with some cheese, he warms up quickly. Taco sleeps quietly at night and is the perfect house guest! He's one of my favorite dogs that I've fostered and he has my heart! Such a sweet ole man!

He's potty trained, knows the dog door, and is very gentle and submissive, and is great on car rides too. He gets along with everyone he meets and is such a loving and easy going ole man. He sleeps quietly through the night, is fine sharing food with others, is food motivated, very gentle and an easy going guy. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body and he's a submissive ole man with a pure and gentle soul.

We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event.

All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays!
